On May 21st, 2019, while I was healing my wife's eleven-year crippling condition called Vulvodynia for which there is no identifiable cause or cure. I healed my wife's within three hours.

During that time I was given a vision where I saw a poster of a dusty grey man with white light appearing from his body. On the poster was my name below the word Oneo: Enlightenment of eternal life, the acceptance of I, and one with yourself. A self-reflective autobiography.

Underneath the poster and stacked on top of a table were hundreds of books, all with the same image. ONEO: is a 365-page chronicle of my life from the ages of 7 to 45. That details all of the events that led to my decision to take my own life and everything after my consciousness awakening.

Without that vision, I would never have had the energy, strength, courage and bravery to open up and share my life with the world highlighting our attitude towards one another and ourselves consciously and subconsciously, before it’s too late.

At the time of this publication, the World Health Organisation reported that approximately 1 million people die from suicide each year. That is one death every forty seconds. In many places around the world, we live our lives in constant fear, lacking self-love, self-acceptance, and respect for one another. As a result, over two thousand people each day resort to taking their lives in order to find peace.

This book is part of my mission to be of service to humanity and to change the way we treat one another and ourselves. I wrote this book for everyone who is suffering from mental illness, including their family and friends, as well as those who are unfortunately no longer with us.

Mental illness doesn’t just destroy your own life; it has the potential to destroy the lives of everyone you have ever touched.

Thank you for supporting me on this mission.
